A FEW THREADS, UNTANGLED
Before
we begin.
Every brand starts somewhere.
Your questions are welcome here.
Are you a manufacturer?
Thread’s Tale is a design, print and sourcing service partner. We don’t own a manufacturing unit. We develop design work and coordinate sampling and production through independent manufacturers and specialist vendors suited to your project.
Can I work with you only on prints?
Absolutely. You can commission a standalone print project, collection design, sourcing support or a broader scope. We agree on exactly what is included before starting.
I already have designs. Can you help with production?
Yes. We can review your designs, specifications, quantities and timeline, then explore suitable manufacturing partners and sampling requirements. Feasibility and costs depend on the brief.
Are manufacturing and samples included in package fees?
The packages define professional services and agreed deliverables. Your project proposal confirms the fee and responsibilities before work starts. Physical samples, materials, printing, embroidery execution and bulk manufacturing are charged separately unless expressly included in your proposal. Technical flats are not detailed measurement tech packs.
What quantities and timelines can you support?
Share your styles, sizes, fabrics, quantities and target date. Minimum quantities depend on the material, technique and manufacturing partner. Development and production schedules are confirmed separately after a feasibility review.
Do you arrange vendor introductions and visits?
Where included in the agreed scope, we arrange suitable introductions and local visits. Production Bridge and Startup Launch Partner specify their allowances. Vendor confidentiality, coordination responsibilities and travel expenses are agreed before work begins.
How are projects priced?
We quote after understanding your brief and the work involved. The proposal sets out our service scope, deliverables and payment stages, along with the relevant sampling or vendor costs, so you can decide before moving ahead.
Can you develop my brand identity and website?
Yes. Brand Making brings together logo design, a visual brand kit, brand language, a Wix website and a marketing strategy. We agree the page count, content, integrations, fee and timeline before work begins. Wix subscriptions and third-party costs are separate.
How does custom bridal tailoring work?
We start with your occasion, references, measurements and budget, then agree the original design, fabric, embroidery and fitting plan. The gallery currently shows concept illustrations. Final making is coordinated with independent specialist partners, and each commission is quoted individually.
