When you send a project brief or place an order on this website, the details you enter (such as your name, email, mobile number, project notes and address) are stored securely so we can reply, prepare a proposal and fulfil your order. Online payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store card details.

Where specialist involvement is agreed, relevant project information may need to be shared with the people delivering that work. The required scope, confidentiality and permissions are established for the project. Client photographs and testimonials are displayed only with appropriate permission.
