Project agreements

Every commission begins with a written proposal defining deliverables, fee, payment stages, timeline, approvals and responsibilities. Enquiry links do not place an order or reserve a production slot. Starting rates for defined packages are entry prices; your final scope and fee are agreed before work begins.

02

Design, references and rights

References guide an original direction for your project. Share only material you are entitled to use. Design ownership, usage rights, confidentiality and any portfolio permissions are set out in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, photographs and other licensed assets remain subject to their own licences.

03

Approvals and changes

Please provide accurate measurements, content and project information. We work to the approved brief and included revision rounds. Changes after approval, extra styles, additional pages or new production requirements are scoped and priced before they are carried out.

04

Independent partners and third-party costs

Thread’s Tale leads design and coordination. Specialist vendors and independent manufacturers carry out physical sampling and production. Your agreement identifies responsibilities and whether supplier costs are billed directly or coordinated through us. Materials, physical samples, shipping, travel, Wix plans, domains, paid apps and advertising are separate unless expressly included.

05

Payments, cancellation and concerns

Payment stages and the treatment of completed work, committed materials and approved supplier expenses are recorded in your proposal. Ask us in writing before changing or cancelling a commission. We review issues against the agreed brief and work completed, and explain any proposed remedy or refund. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies available under applicable law.
